How to Return
- Email support@pshnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping address
- Ship the product back in its original packaging
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Conditions
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging (opened products are accepted)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@pshnutrition.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
